How much does event filming cost in 2026?

At Branded, event filming costs from €900 excluding VAT for a short event of up to 4 hours, from €1,800 for a full-day aftermovie with two camera operators, and from €3,500 for a conference or large event with three cameras. The finished video comes within 5 working days, and short clips can be ready the next day.

The price depends mostly on how long the event is, how many cameras it needs and which videos you want at the end.

Short event
from €900
One camera operator, up to 4 hours. A video up to 1 minute or 3 vertical social clips.
Aftermovie
from €1,800
Two camera operators, a full day. A 1 to 3-minute aftermovie and 3 vertical clips.
Conference or large event
from €3,500
Three cameras, sound from the venue desk, an aftermovie, full recordings of the talks and interviews.

What drives the cost of event filming

Two events in the same venue can cost differently if one is a two-hour launch and the other a two-day conference. These are the things that change the price most:

Length. A few hours or a full day, one day or several.
Number of cameras. One operator is enough for a small event; a stage with an audience and speakers needs two or more.
Sound. A feed from the venue desk and microphones for speakers, when the talks matter.
Interviews. Short conversations with guests, speakers or organisers on site.
Which videos you want. An aftermovie, full recordings of the talks, vertical social clips, or all of them.
Drone and deadlines. Aerial shots, and clips as soon as the next day.
