What data we collect
When you send an enquiry through the form on this site, we collect the details you enter yourself: name, email, phone (optional), project type, indicative budget, timing and message. The same applies if you email or call us directly.
When you visit the site, our hosting provider SuperHosting.BG automatically records technical data such as IP address, browser type and time of visit, which are needed to run and secure the site.
To know how many people visit the site and which pages they read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies, stores nothing in your browser, does not recognise you on a later visit and builds no profile. We only see totals: number of visits, pages, country, device type and the site you came from.
Why we use the data and on what legal basis
We use enquiry data to reply to you, discuss your project and send you a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We process technical data and aggregate statistics on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working and knowing which pages are useful (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell it to third parties.
How long we keep the data
We keep enquiries for up to 2 years after our last communication, unless we enter into a contract. If we work together, data related to the contract and invoices is kept for as long as the law requires, including the Bulgarian Accountancy Act.
Technical logs at the hosting provider are kept for a short period set by the provider.
Who we share the data with
The data may be accessible to providers who help us run the site and our communication: SuperHosting.BG, a Bulgarian provider in the European Union that hosts our website and email and whose server delivers form enquiries. It processes the data only on our instructions.
Videos on the site load from YouTube (Google) and Vimeo only when you press play. Fonts load from Google Fonts and the statistics from Cloudflare. These services receive your IP address when they load. Some of these providers are outside the European Union; in those cases transfers rely on a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and browser storage
The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We only remember your chosen language (Bulgarian or English) in your browser, so you don’t have to pick it again on every page.
Videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com, and Vimeo with tracking disabled) and only load when you play them.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To do so, email alex@branded.bg. We will reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection: 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd, Sofia 1592, www.cpdp.bg.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we add new services to the site. The current version is always published on this page.
