    Before the shoot we agree with the producer and director what we film, when interviews happen and what stays confidential. We sign the NDA.

  3. Shoot days

    We film the preparation, the set, the people and the key moments, plus the interviews and photos.

  4. Edit and versions

    Within 10 days of the wrap we deliver the film, social cuts and photos, revised to your notes and the brand’s guidelines.

Social ads from the same production

On big productions, brands often want separate content for their social channels while the commercial is being shot. Not behind the scenes, but standalone ads for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, with their own ideas, scripts and shots, running alongside the campaign.

We shoot them on the same set, with the same locations and product, without slowing down the main unit. The brand gets a second set of finished content from shoot days it is already paying for. Our most successful example is Colgate.

Alexander Partulov, director and producer

Alex Partulov is a director and producer and the founder of Branded. Before that, as founder and owner of the Sofia studio Solent Film, he was the service producer on TV commercials for some of the world’s biggest brands.

So he knows a set from the producer’s side too: the schedule, the pressure and what the client expects at the end of the day.

How much does a behind-the-scenes film cost?

It depends on the number of shoot days, the crew size, travel and the deliverables you need. Send us the production schedule and you will get a detailed quote within 24 hours.

Do you film abroad?

Yes. We are based in Bulgaria and take on campaigns all over Europe. We come to the shoot, wherever it is. Travel and accommodation are a separate line in the quote.

Which formats do we get?

16:9 for YouTube, your website and the press, 9:16 and 4:5 for social media, and subtitled versions in the languages you need.

What is the difference between a behind-the-scenes film, a making-of and an EPK?

A behind-the-scenes film shows how the campaign was made. A making-of is usually a longer version that follows the whole process. An EPK (electronic press kit) is the package of film, interviews and photos for the press. We can make all three from the same shoot days.
